Delete your Mintage account
You can permanently delete your account, collection, holdings, transactions, alerts, imports, scanner history, and Mintage profile.
Delete immediately in the app
- Open Mintage and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address associated with your Mintage account. Use the subject “Delete my Mintage account.” We will verify ownership before deletion and complete valid requests within 30 days.
Request account deletion
Subscriptions are separate.
Deleting Mintage data does not cancel billing. Cancel an active subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account before deleting the account.
What may remain
We may retain narrowly required security, fraud-prevention, financial, or legal records for the period required by law. De-identified aggregate records that cannot identify you may also remain.
